About Scott
A native of Harford County, MD, Scott has decades of experience crafting digital experiences for the ever-evolving web. Beginning as a teenager building hobby sites in the early 2000s, Scott received a B.S. in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2011. He gained invaluable professional experience working at a local agency in Rochester, NY where he was the lead developer on projects for clients such as Monro Muffler/Mr. Tire, United Way of Greater Rochester and Fujifilm.
Scott returned to Maryland in 2013 and began working at a fast-growing Baltimore-based agency as a senior developer before transitioning into a solutions architect role. The agency served a diverse range of clients, from local non-profits to large corporations and companies. Scott's focus eventually shifted to architecting complex, enterprise-grade Sitecore CMS implementations for healthcare organizations such as Penn Medicine, Baptist Health, Tampa General Hospital, Mercy Medical Center and more. In 2022, the agency was acquired by a large international company where he remained until 2024.

In 2025, Scott founded Trice Digital with the goal of providing high-quality, custom web development services to small businesses, non-profits and individuals at affordable prices.
